Anti Money Laundering
In an increasingly globalised and technologically advanced financial market, development and economic growth have increased in western countries, but this has been coupled with risks associated with the laundering of illegal income.
With Legislative Decree no. 231 of 21 November 2007, the legislator introduced a series of anti-money laundering requirements into the national legal system in order to protect the stability and integrity of the economic and financial system.
ADMIRAL Pay IP S.r.l., in its constant attention to the prevention of such phenomena, is required to comply with national and international regulatory provisions, also in accordance with its own ethical standards.
For these reasons, the Company has adopted specific internal provisions, procedures, training programmes, monitoring activities and controls aimed at ensuring compliance with the regulations in force by its staff, directors, collaborators and consultants.
