The NOVOMATIC Italia Group announces that it has concluded an agreement to acquire 80 percent of the HBG Gaming Group, an important company operating in the Italian gaming market, owner of concessions for bingo, telematic network of amusement machines, betting and online gaming.
As of today, two very important legal gaming realities join forces to give each, through their own peculiarities, even greater solidity and industrial depth to Italian gaming. The new NOVOMATIC Italia Group, with the strength of its technological know-how and the support of the Austrian parent company, is enriched by HBG's extensive retail gaming throughout the peninsula: an operation that aims to ensure the business the right innovative thrust in the development of new gaming solutions, and guarantees the retail the important consumer approach of the ADMIRAL brand, a distinctive element of legality, responsibility and welcome all over the world.
