The Company Organization
The Corporate Organization, in the management of the B2B (Business to Business) and B2C (Business to Consumer) segments, can count on an effective tool such as the Business Units (BUs), autonomous operating units dedicated to each commercial and business sector forming part of the NOVOMATIC universe in Italy.
The Business Units active in both B2B and B2C segments are:
- BU VLT
- BU AWP
- BU Payment Systems (that supports the Group's Payment Institute - ADMIRAL Pay)
- BU Street Operations & Retail divided into different areas of activity. The Allstar company is in charge of managing ADMIRAL-branded rooms and rentals, as well as Bingo concessions, while the Alp company directly manages gaming activities in central and northern Italy in Le Palme By ADMIRAL-branded rooms. Also in the retail sphere is HBG Entertainment, a concessionaire company for Bingo game collection.
- BU Online entirely dedicated to the development of the concessionaire for online gaming under the Quigioco brand.
- BU Network to which the AWP and VLT telematics network concessionaire ADMIRAL Gaming Network, refers.
