The Ethical Code is a living element that accompanies us every day in our professional lives, inspiring our behavior through the highest principles of transparency, loyalty, and fairness.
NOVOMATIC Italia bases its operations, the pursuit of its corporate purpose, and its growth on compliance with applicable laws and regulations and on shared ethical principles. For this reason, the NOVOMATIC Group has established an Ethical Code that outlines its principles of corporate ethics. The Group requires adherence to these principles by its corporate bodies, employees, and all individuals who collaborate in any capacity to achieve corporate objectives, including its suppliers.
The Code undergoes periodic review; in 2024, it was revised and updated with new articles dedicated to the protection of cultural and artistic heritage, sports, and artificial intelligence.
The application of the Ethical Code principles is required not only of company employees but also of all those who cooperate in the Group's activities.
With this Code, the NOVOMATIC Italia Group has expressed its business philosophy, rooted in ethical behavior towards customers, suppliers, business partners, and third parties in general. Within the broader framework of Social Responsibility, the Parent Company NOVOMATIC AG, as part of its management and coordination activities of directly or indirectly controlled companies, has disseminated its Code of Conduct, making the principles expressed within it binding for corporate and social business operations. These principles apply both to employees and the entire value chain.
