NOVOMATIC Italia, ADMIRAL Gaming Network, ALLSTAR and ALP companies now see their commitment to protecting the highest standards of Responsible Gaming officially recognized
A prestigious piece is added to NOVOMATIC's journey of celebrating its 15th year of activity in Italy: it is the international certification G4, Global Gambling Guidance Group, which highlights a history of excellence of the Group pioneering, in Italy, not only an important product such as VLTs, but also such an authoritative standard achieved in retail gaming.
Focused on the protection of players and younger age groups, according to the highest internationally recognized parameters, the G4 arrives in the Italian halls of the NOVOMATIC Group thanks to an important teamwork that also brought to the certification the network concessionaire ADMIRAL Gaming Network, and the companies ALLSTAR and ALP that today manage in our country 250 points of sale under the ADMIRAL and Le Palme by ADMIRAL brands.
It is the express wish of the holding company NOVOMATIC AG, that the international G4 certification involve as many Group companies around the world, so as to ensure that NOVOMATIC and ADMIRAL are synonymous with responsible entertainment in all countries where the brands are present.
The Chief Executive Officer of NOVOMATIC Italy, Markus Buechele, expressed his satisfaction, "From today we can say with further pride that Responsible Gaming is concretely a strategic asset for the management of our business! NOVOMATIC is worldwide synonymous with technology and security, from today in Italy guests of our gaming venues have one more guarantee: that of being in a place where the commitment to the protection and promotion of Responsible Gaming is realized in real behaviors and actions. I believe that the way forward, at the national level, is to ensure best practices for the protection of minors and problem gamblers so that the whole sector can ensure a concrete set of actions so that the fight against gambling disorder is not just a claim but can offer alternative and more effective solutions than other tools, such as those that lead to the expulsion of legal supply from the territories, leaving wide spaces for the spread of illegal gaming."
Karl Plank, Chief Operating Officer of NOVOMATIC Italy said, "ADMIRAL venues in Italy have always been a model for the quality of service and hospitality offered to each of our visitors. The care and attention given to our guests is what more than anything else distinguishes our network of halls in the territory, and compliance with G4 standards is a fundamental piece that fits into our responsible entertainment offering."
Finally, showing particular pride in the result was Chairman Franco Sergio Rota, at the helm of the Group in Italy since its inception, who said, "It is exciting to see our policy on prevention and player protection rewarded.Meeting the standards required by the G4 is first and foremost an ethical obligation for us, as well as a source of great satisfaction!"
The guiding criteria for G4 have been established since 2003, and are internationally recognized as the most stringent in the field of Player Protection. Compliance with the high standards for responsible gaming enshrined in the G4 is issued based on numerous criteria afferent to all areas of the company, ranging from internal guidelines to staff training, player protection, and customer education on gambling risks and self-limitation options. Since international standards for responsible entertainment are constantly evolving in line with advances in scientific studies on the subject, recertification is required every three years.
