G4: NOVOMATIC Group is the first in Italy to obtain Responsible Gaming certification for its network rooms
NOVOMATIC Italia aims to strengthen the self-responsibility of its consumers, informing them of the possible risks associated with gaming, guaranteeing the support of operators who are properly trained and always available in the rooms. The Group has recently obtained the prestigious international G4 (Global Gambling Guidance Group) certification, which attests to its commitment to protecting consumers in the area of Responsible Gaming. NOVOMATIC is the first company in Italy to obtain the certification for its network of venues: the certified companies are in fact, in addition to the holding company, the ADMIRAL Gaming Network concessionaire, and the companies ALLSTAR and ALP, which manage 250 ADMIRAL and Le Palme by ADMIRAL branded outlets in Italy.
To ensure that we pass on all the information needed to prevent problem behaviour, NOVOMATIC provides a wide range of information documents, which all our guests can consult at the gaming points. All in keeping with the consolidated approach to Responsible gaming: not just a logo but a distinctive sign, one of the pillars of our code of ethics.
