NOVOMATIC Italia has been committed for years to encouraging, on a daily basis, the construction of a stimulating, pleasant, healthy and collaborative work environment, through initiatives and actions dedicated to improving the daily life of the Group's resources and fostering a correct work-life balance, for example by guaranteeing flexible hours and smart working.
On this road already marked out, the NOVOWELL program has taken shape: the Wellbeing 2024 Plan, presented to Group employees in recent weeks.
"At NOVOMATIC every day we strive to create the conditions that allow our employees to feel good and express themselves in the company, considering them at the center of our vision. - said Rossella Magurno, Group Human Resources Director of NOVOMATIC Italia. - It is precisely from listening to our people and their needs that we start to build the initiatives dedicated to them: this was the case for NOVOWELL, a fundamental part of our Corporate Wellbeing plan, conceived and promoted in the belief that the pursuit of the well-being of our employees, together with their involvement, allows us to generate a positive impact for the organization, the community and for individuals."
The NOVOWELL plan follows two main directions:
Encouraging healthy and healthy lifestyles, at work, but not only
Promoting moments of meeting, gathering and socializing among colleagues
Sports, wellness, health, events and a lot of fun are the main ingredients of the project conceived by the Human Resources and Corporate Responsibility functions, and which aims at an ever-increasing involvement of office employees, in the wake of the CR pillar "Enjoy Working With Us," which for years has testified to the centrality of people in the Group's Corporate Social Responsibility strategies worldwide.
Alongside successful initiatives that are now part of NOVOMATIC Italia's history, which have become fixed appointments in the working lives of the Group's employees, and which year after year continue to see more and more involvement, such as Go-kart Days, the Gaming Cup and the Rimini Marathon, which also sees NOVOMATIC Italia as the main partner for 2024, the NOVOWELL program brings important new features. Let's find out some of them:
- HEALTHY VIRTUOUS: a digital gamification platform through which employees will challenge each other daily to win prizes; also available are in-office medical check-ups and webinars on topics related to psychophysical well-being;
- FLUXO: the Romagna community of sportsmen and women that will accompany colleagues in the Rimini and Imola offices throughout the year with outdoor and indoor events;
- PET DAYS: outdoor days in the company of four-legged friends, with the possibility of free veterinary consultations.
