The NOVOMATIC Italia Group operates in the sphere of the Italian legal gaming system, through the games concessionaires recognised by the Customs and Monopolies Agency (ADM). ADMIRAL Gaming Network is the concessionaire for the electronic network of entertainment machines, while Allstar manages the bingo halls.
ADMIRAL GAMING NETWORK
The ADMIRAL Gaming Network (AGN) concessionaire was born in 2015 when G. Matica, one of the historic concessionaires of entertainment machines with cash prizes telecommunications network since the first public tender of 2004, changed its name to ADMIRAL Gaming Network and became part of NOVOMATIC in 2011.In 2024, NOVOMATIC Italia is pleased to announce the merger between the concessionaires of the ADMIRAL Gaming Network (AGN) Group and HBG Connex, both incumbent operators in the Italian gaming market who, by combining two leaderships, now form one of the largest concessionaire companies in the national scene.

ALLSTAR
Allstar is the concessionaire for the game of Bingo of the NOVOMATIC Italia Group. In addition to possessing various Bingo concessions, it is also the owner of many dedicated halls and betting shops. The sites managed by Allstar can be identified as "Entertainment Centres", betting shops and "Gaming Halls" within which there are numerous products available to the client: from Bingo games to AWP and VLT halls – betting in person and online – to ADMIRAL Roulette and the numerous services offered by ADMIRAL Pay. The Allstar halls can also offer restaurant, bar, tobacco and ATM gateway services.
LOTTOITALIA
The NOVOMATIC Italia Group holds a 2% stake in Società LottoItalia S.r.l., holder of the Italian Lottery license, in which Lottomatica, a company belonging to the IGT Group (with a 61.5% stake), Italian Gaming Holding AS (controlled by the Czech lottery company Sazka and Emma Capital Ltd) and Arianna 2001 (affiliated with the Italian Tobacconists Federation) also hold stakes.
