Four companies holding public concessions belong to NOVOMATIC Italia: ADMIRAL Gaming Network (AWP and VLT network concessionaire), Allstar, HBG Entertainment (concessionaires for Bingo gaming) and HBG On Line Gaming (concessionaire for online and land-based betting). NOVOMATIC also holds a 2 percent stake in Lottoitalia srl, the company that holds the concession in Italy for the Lotto game.
ADMIRAL GAMING NETWORK
The concessionaire ADMIRAL Gaming Network (AGN) was founded in 2015 when G.Matica, one of the historical concessionaires of the telematics network of amusement machines with cash winnings since the first public tender in 2004, changed its name becoming ADMIRAL Gaming Network and effectively completing the integration into the NOVOMATIC world in which it entered in 2011. In 2024, NOVOMATIC Italia happily announces the merger of the ADMIRAL Gaming Network (AGN) and HBG Connex Group dealerships, both long-standing players in the Italian gaming market who, by combining two leaderships, have formed one of the largest concessionaire company in the national landscape.
AGN's approach is fuelled by the rigorous planning of a team of professionals capable of promoting licit gaming, guaranteeing tax revenues to the state and safeguarding the investments made. ALLSTAR
Allstar is a bingo gaming concessionaire of the NOVOMATIC Italia group. In addition to owning bingo concessions, it also owns gaming halls and betting halls. The managed premises can be distinguished into "Entertainment Centers," betting halls and "Gaming Halls" within which, available to customers, there are numerous products: from the game of bingo, to the rooms dedicated to AWP and VLT, passing through betting, physical and online, to the numerous services offered by ADMIRAL Pay. In addition Allstar's halls offer food services, bars, tobacco and atm counters.
HGB Entertainment Srl
Becoming part of the NOVOMATIC Italia Group in 2022, HBG Entertainment has been the Concessionaire for the management of the game of Bingo since the first call for bids, issued in 2000. It operates 18 large gaming halls distributed throughout Italy from north to south, from Piedmont to Sicily. With more than 5,500 seats and a full range of games available, inside the halls it is possible to experience a 360-degree dimension of entertainment, in which to spend one's free time, socializing and having fun in the presence of all possible comforts, including a high-level catering service.
HBG On Line Gaming Srl
Becoming part of the NOVOMATIC Italia Group in 2022, HBG On Line Gaming is the concessionary company for remote gaming, offering products such as Online Casino, Skill Games, On Line Bingo, and Sports, Horse Racing and Virtual Betting on both physical and online networks.
Active since 2009, its offer to plays consists of the online platform www.quigioco.it, and, following the 2014 call for tenders, 47 "Quigioco"-branded concept stores spread throughout the country. The entire range of QuiGioco-branded products is intended for Point of Sale, Gaming Halls and Betting Agencies. A concept, created for the retail market, which guarantees the optimization of spaces dedicated to gaming machines and sports (horse racing and virtual betting) enriched by an area with live events, to offer maximum entertainment, with a bar corner, smoking and non-smoking environments, and services for recharging gaming accounts.
LOTTOITALIA
The NOVOMATIC Italia Group holds a 2% stake in Società LottoItalia S.r.l., holder of the Italian Lottery license.
