NOVOMATIC Italia acquired the majority stake in Euromat

NOVOMATIC Italia has acquired the majority of Euromat, an historical company that manages over 800 Newslot in Piemonte and Liguria, with headquarters in Bosco Marengo (AL).

With this acquisition NOVOMATIC Italia wants to strengthen its presence in Piemonte and Liguria and with it the spread of the brand ADMIRAL and Novostar Newslot, at the same time enhancing the Euromat assets. A brand with which a solid professional collaboration has been established for years, it is also part of the customer portfolio of the concessionaire GMatica, also belonging to the NOVOMATIC Italia group.

Euromat follows the highest management standards for its excellent network of public facilities that are provided with the latest technology and which are guaranteed a high quality service. Euromat's founder, Cosimo Micieli, will continue to be part of the Company's Board of Directors as Chief Executive Officer and will also continue to pass on the high professional values to his employees and his network, making use of the synergies of an international industrial Group such as NOVOMATIC.
