Our application process

We would like to ease the selection process for you so that you can adequately prepare yourself for the various steps. The NOVOMATIC process essentially consists of four phases, even though that can change depending on the position.

• Your application: Consult our online Careers and Candidates Section for the position you desire. You will receive confirmation of receipt shortly afterwards.
• Pre-selection: Our HR team will verify that your profile matches to the requirements of the desired position and will invite you to an interview.
• Interviews: During the interviews, we will both have the opportunity of getting to know each other and we will look in depth at your profile and the position. The number of interviews varies depending on the role.
• Conclusion of the process: At the end of the process, all candidates will be informed of the selection outcome.

We always try to arrange the meeting as quickly as possible so as not to delay the wait!

Our Tips for an Application

• The curriculum is the first impression a candidate provides, and says a lot about the person: the level of detail attention, the care of personal presentation, his/her image or often the true interest in the work. Pay attention to all these elements and make your resume as unique as possible.
• Show us who you are, what interests you, and that you wish to know the World of NOVOMATIC.
• Be yourself during the interviews and try to convince us that you have that extra gear! We cannot wait to meet you in person!
